Before:
As you can see, this Bathroom needed a complete renovation!
Space was a concern because of the small area which is only
5ft' X 5ft' (actually 64 inches by 63 1/2 inches).
Although this bathroom was functional, it was not user friendly!
So, everything was removed including the water damaged sub-floor, and replaced with new items. All new drains and water lines, water saver toilet with 1 gallon flush, and pedestal sink, along with a new corner shower unit.
After:
The owner opted to paint the walls himself, but, as you can see, the renovation of this bathroom made a huge improvement.
Installing a corner shower gave a little more free space to the already tight area.
