Water/ insect damage on an exterior support beam.

Once the beam was exposed, the damage was obvious.

The beam was jacked up to level, then a support wall was erected to stabilize the area.

Once the area was stable, the beam was removed and a new one inserted in its place.

Plywood was added to enclose the beam and give it a finished look.

A little trim was added, then the supports came down.

Job done!

Water damaged area in need of a new door and siding.

The new door arrived and the old one was removed.

The bottom section of siding was cut and removed.

The frost-free spigot was removed and relocated.

New flashing was installed to prevent water from entering the garage area.

New Cedar siding was installed with a chair-rail like molding to hide the break. A piece was added at the bottom to make it look appealing.

The siding was painted to match the rest of the siding and the trim pieces were painted white.

A new look and needed repair made this end of the home look a lot better.
